The Coffee Table...

Two hot cappuccinos, sachets of sugar, two cute  spoons....One table, two personnel...Yes the coffee shop I was at yesterday!

Hours of conversation, then the walk back home....made me wonder – the two entities that heard me talk,  was the person on the other side of the table and the table itself...

Out of which I have full confidence in both that the discussion won’t leak out...One because I trust enough and the other because, it can’t.

Still the thought, what is the probability of the conversation reaching someone’s ears with added spice....Am sure the table is not the one who can do this!

Is it that the closest of people we have in life need to be kept a little away from the truth so that in their weak moments, the details don’t go out...
OR is it good to be like tables....without emotions, without break down points, without passion; so no scare of leaking out???
Imagine what would life be then....

Its good to have some trust mixed with a pinch of mistrust THAN no trust at all...
Its good to have some sweet emotions mixed with a pinch of rudeness THAN no emotions at all....
Its good to have brain storming intellectual conversations with a pinch of nonsense talk THAN no talks at all...
Its good to have sweet romance with a pinch of aloofness THAN no romance at all...
Its good to have a passionate person with a pinch of mood swings THAN no passion at all...

I rather talk to a person and live with a percent of doubt for details slipping out than talk to a table....with whom you have 100% assurity but 0% percent involvement...

    Some quotes as usual:
Whenever you're in conflict with someone, there is one factor that can make the difference between damaging your relationship and deepening it. That factor is attitude -HRHK.
